  • Warranty

    All products sold to customers in the European Union are covered by the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. This covers any defects or issues that were present at the time of delivery.

    In addition, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

  • Returns

    We accept returns of unused, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery, regardless of your location.

    To be eligible:

    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
    • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

    Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Sustainability & Ethics

    Q: Are your cases environmentally friendly?
    A: Yes. Our Eco-Case is made from 40% wheat straw and 60% TPU. It is designed to decompose naturally in moist environments within 18 to 24 months. The inks used are sadly not biodegradable.

    Q: Do you throw away unsold cases?
    A: No. Your case is only made once it's ordered reducing overproduction and waste.

    Q: Will I be charged customs or duties?
    A: Orders shipped outside the EU may
    be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the
    destination country. These charges are not included in our product
    prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
