Customisation Policy

This policy applies to all customised and personalised products available through Caselier, including custom phone cases and products modified using our design tools. By placing a customised order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

Made to Order Products

All customised products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and your design has been submitted.

EU Withdrawal Right

Under EU consumer law, there are a few exceptions to the right of withdrawal. One of these exceptions is if the good has been made to a consumer's specifications or it is clearly personalised. Customised orders placed through Caselier are therefore exempt from this withdrawal right. This means orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Orders can also not be refunded or returned unless they are defective or an incorrect item, in which case your rights are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Your Design Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you submit. By uploading or creating a design you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have explicit permission to use it
The design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
The content complies with applicable laws

Caselier cannot be held liable for legal disputes arising from customer submitted designs.

Prohibited content

We will not print designs that include

Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery
Hate speech or content discriminating against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
Content promoting violence, illegal activity, or extremist organisations
Copyrighted characters, logos, brand assets, or artwork you do not have permission to use
Images containing visible watermarks or taken from protected sources

Design Review

Submitted designs are subject to automated and manual review before production. manually reviewed before production. If a design is found to violate this policy, the order will be canceled and refunded. You will be notified by email.

Image Storage

Uploaded images are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours unless linked to a confirmed order. Images associated with orders are retained for 14 days after delivery, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
