Shipping Method

  • Basic shipping is our most affordable service. There is no tracking and the parcel is delivered in the mailbox. Basic shipping is only available in the EU, Switzerland and Norway.
  • Tracked shipping is similar to basic shipping but it includes limited tracking updates. This means that a parcel usually is scanned when it arrives in the country and when the courier takes it out for delivery. It's possible that there is no delivery scan, this depends on the destination country and delivery service.
  • Express shipping includes tracking updates. This is fast and reliable shipping worldwide. Our provider is working with several different couriers to provide the best service for each country.

Order Processing Time
All orders are handled manually and are therefore sent within 0-48 hours after being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend it will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery times listed below are in addition to the processing time.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Providers
We work with various logistics partners depending on the destination. Common providers include PostNL (for the Netherlands and Belgium) and Deutsche Post (for other European countries). Our fulfillment partners may also use DHL, DPD, Hermes, FedEx, GLS, and others when necessary.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you're unsure about possible charges.

Exceptions
While we strive towards worldwide shipping, unfortunately there are some countries to which we are unable to ship orders. At the moment this concerns the following countries:

  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • Chile
  • Mexico
