Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Returns
We accept returns of unused, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery, regardless of your location.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items
Since each item is made to order to minimize waste, we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before returning.

Returns We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items reported more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without first contacting us to arrange the return process

  • Individually personalized or customized items (e.g. if you've had a name, color change, or special design adjustment)

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Photo evidence of the issue is required. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

How to Start a Return or Claim
To initiate a return or report an issue, please email us at info@caselier.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items reported more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Orders returned without prior approval

Warranty
All products sold to customers in the European Union are covered by the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. This covers any defects or issues that were present at the time of delivery.

In addition, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
