Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, offering free tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum spend is required.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. This includes limited tracking updates—parcels are typically scanned when they arrive in the destination country and when they are out for delivery. Delivery scans are not guaranteed and may vary by country and local postal service.

Order Processing Time
All orders are handled manually and are therefore sent within 0-48 hours after being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend it will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery times listed below are in addition to the processing time which is why it might differ from the one shown on the product page where the processing time is included.

Shipping Providers
We work with various logistics partners depending on the destination. Common providers include PostNL (for the Netherlands and Belgium) and Deutsche Post (for other European countries). Our fulfillment partners may also use DHL, DPD, Hermes, FedEx, GLS, and others when necessary.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you're unsure about possible charges.

Exceptions
While we strive towards worldwide shipping, unfortunately there are some countries to which we are unable to ship orders. At the moment this concerns the following countries:
