Caselier is a registered sole proprietorship based in Sweden. We sell made-to-order phone cases and accessories, fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner located in the Netherlands.

Product Information & Ordering
All products are made to order. By placing an order, you agree that:

• The images on the site are mockups; final print colors and positioning may vary slightly.

• Orders are produced and shipped only after payment is received.
  

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g. in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud).

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT or sales tax where required by law.

Please note: Additional import duties or customs fees may apply for orders shipped outside the European Union. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept secure payment methods through Shopify Payments, including major credit/debit cards and other local options.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are listed in our Shipping Policy.

While we aim to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• The 14-day withdrawal period

• Our 1-year commercial warranty, and your rights under the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
