  • Shipping

    We offer worldwide free tracked shipping with no minimum spend required.

  • Warranty

    All products sold to customers in the European Union are covered by the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. This covers any defects or issues that were present at the time of delivery.

    In addition, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

  • Returns

    We accept returns of unused, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery, regardless of your location.

    To be eligible:

    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
    • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

    Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Manufacturing & Sustainability

    Your case is only made once it's ordered reducing overproduction and waste.

    We also offer an Eco-Case which is made from 40% wheat straw and 60% TPU. It is designed to decompose naturally in moist environments within 18 to 24 months.

    The inks used are sadly not biodegradable.

    Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free worldwide tracked shipping, no hidden fees, no minimum spend.

    How long does delivery take?
    Delivery varies depending on location, we ship from Europe meaning other European countries get the fastest shipping. We also try to show the shipping time on the product page for the product for your country. If you're still unsure you can read more about it in our shipping policy here.

    Which phone models do you support?
    We offer cases for over 200 phone models from 8 major brands; Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, OnePlus, Nothing, Motorola, Oppo. You can select your phone model on every product page.

    What case types do you offer?
    Choose from 6 distinct types: Soft, Soft with MagSafe, Hard, Eco-Case, Tough, and Tough with MagSafe. You can read their differences when selecting your case on the product page or here. Keep in mind we don't support all case types for all phones, some might only have one case type to select from.

    Can I request a custom design or tweak existing ones?
    Absolutely! If you’d like a color change or have a custom request, email us at info@caselier.com we love bringing your ideas to life.

    Will I be charged customs or duties?
    Orders shipped outside the EU may
    be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the
    destination country. These charges are not included in our product
    prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you're unsure about possible charges.

  • Returns & Support

    Can I return or exchange my case?
    You can return unused, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. The case must be in its original condition and packing, and you'll need to cover return shipping.

    What about refunds?
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. No return needed in most cases. Just email us at info@caselier.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.
