Warranty
All products sold to customers in the European Union are covered by the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. This covers any defects or issues that were present at the time of delivery.
In addition, we offer a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Sustainability & Ethics
Q: Are your cases environmentally friendly?
A: Yes. Our Eco-Case is made from 40% wheat straw and 60% TPU. It is designed to decompose naturally in moist environments within 18 to 24 months. The inks used are sadly not biodegradable.Q: Do you throw away unsold cases?
A: No. Your case is only made once it's ordered reducing overproduction and waste. -
