Yes! We offer free worldwide tracked shipping, no hidden fees, no minimum spend.How long does delivery take?

Which phone models do you support?
We offer cases for over 200 phone models from 8 major brands; Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, OnePlus, Nothing, Motorola, Oppo. You can select your phone model on every product page.What case types do you offer?
Choose from 6 distinct types: Soft, Soft with MagSafe, Hard, Eco-Case, Tough, and Tough with MagSafe. You can read their differences when selecting your case on the product page or here. Keep in mind we don't support all case types for all phones, some might only have one case type to select from.Can I request a custom design or tweak existing ones?

Sustainability & Ethics
Are your cases environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our Eco-Case is made from 40% wheat straw and 60% TPU. It is designed to decompose naturally in moist environments within 18 to 24 months. The inks used are sadly not biodegradable.Do you throw away unsold cases?
No. Your case is only made once it's ordered reducing overproduction and waste meaning we never have any unsold cases. -

Will I be charged customs or duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may
be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the
destination country. These charges are not included in our product

Returns & Support
Can I return or exchange my case?
You can return unused, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. The case must be in its original condition and packing, and you'll need to cover return shipping.What about refunds?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. No return needed in most cases. Just email us at info@caselier.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.I have a problem with my order—what should I do?
